How Parents Can Get Involved
Grade 6: Christmas Party and Advent project Lenten Community Service Project
As we know history is more than reading in books. It is stories, reenactment, and discussions. I believe students learn about the past by experiencing it first-hand and relating it to their everyday activity. As we progress throughout the year, students will engage in a number of events from battles to debates.
There are so many wonderful stories about the past to be shared with the students. If you have an interest in a certain aspect in history, World History, ancient civilization, American History, government, economics, etc. and would like to share with the students, please contact me and we will sent up a time. Thank you for your support in making history come to life for our students.
- Watch for information concerning field trips
- All classes: “Sharing the Past, to learn about the Present, to take us into the Future”
